We loved tasty and adequate breakfasts and good views!
The property was fairly clean with lovely and good staff. The location itself was unbeatable, a couple of blocks away from Maricel Museum. The hotel was nice and incredibly beautiful and the attached restaurant was great!

Fabulous location across from beach (huge beach towels too!) and short walk to sights, clubs, dining and shopping. Nice private pool. Rooms and bathrooms are small but well-appointed and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. Parking onsite is helpful but challenging for other than small cars. Some rooms have small but great balconies from which to people watch and enjoy views of the ocean. My teens enjoyed the hotel as much as we did.
Rooms are too small to fit a cot easily.

I booked to stay at the San Sebastian Playa for 3 nights to celebrate my birthday. The first room I was allocated was terribly disappointing. Not only did it not have a sea view as I had been led to believe, but it looked out onto an apartment building about 8 metres away which necessitated having to keep the curtains drawn for privacy. The room was also supposed to have a balcony but this room had a Juliette balcony which could not be stepped onto. I told the staff that I was very unhappy and was impressed by their commitment to finding a solution. The manager on duty spent quite some time seeking alternatives but in the end said she could not do anything that day but they would move me the next. This they did into a room at the front of the hotel which was perfect. I would go back again but only if the room has a sea view.

Hotel was ideally located on the sea front at Sitges. Woke every morning to the sound of the sea. Gardens in the hotel were relaxing - sunny in the morning and offering shade in the afternoon.Ideally situated to explore Sitges. We also went by train to Barcelona for the day as the railway station is only a 10-minute walk away.
Hot part of breakfast was not as expected in a hotel of this calibre. If you went for the continental, however, this was fine. Hotel drinks and restaurant were very expensive, but lots of other choices within the resort.

The hotel room was fantastic with a front-facing balcony, overlooking water everywhere and the bedroom and the location was very convenient, near everything.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was fantastic, the breakfast was excellent and the rooms were lovely.
I thought the staff were particularly unhelpful.

I liked the close proximity to the beach and the fact that you could have breakfast in the hotel with open doors and facing the sea. The hotel was modern, nice and the beds were very comfortable. Sitges is a wonderful little town. I have stayed there before several years ago, but it's much nicer now. Sitges is the way that you would want a town by the mediterranean to be. Charming narrow streets, a lot of old houses, good restaurants and bars and a lot of small, nice shops. You can walk everywhere. I would really recommend it to anyone!
I think they should have had bbc Entertainment or any other type of entertainment channel for visitors not speaking spanish. They have only got new channels in English.
